Ch 2

As Jadestar's claws grazed her flank, she leaped aside, skillfully. "Jadestar stop! I only want to talk!"

Jadestar hissed and lashed out at her. "Your in our territory, I dont have to talk to you!" Her eyes shone fear but bravery too.

Leafshower leapt up, and pinned Jadestar. "Let me talk to you!" She dug her claws into the dirt, so Jadestar couldnt move.

Jadestar relaxed, and when Leafshower stepped off, Jadestar shot off into the bushes. She stared after the leader, wondering why she was so jumpy and moody.

"Leafshower! Get back up here!" Dizzyfall's startled meow brought her back into reality. She ran up the ravine, claws working into the soil.

Cloudtuft gave her a mad look. "What are you doing, crossing the borders and fighting with the leader?! Shes most likely going to attack the camp now!" He turned and padded down the path towards camp. Dizzyfall follow, giving Leafshower a soft glance.

She waited until they were out of sight, then she padded after them, head bowed sadly. She had just started a war between the clans without even realizing it.
